Both top and bottom sections are moulded polyurethane sections.
The internal cage is moulded in one piece from HDP (High Density Plastic) and is an integral part of the filter.
This design provides for a rigid and non corrosive structure but retains the flexibility for reverse jet cleaning.
The internal core design allows for a minimum restriction and maximum open area to promote optimum cleaning.
Universal fitting system
To improve the filter installation and removal procedure we have developed the flanged steel plug.
After sliding the filter through the opening the greased plug can be pushed in to achieve a 100 % seal.
To remove the filter just simply lever the plug out of the top of the filter and remove the unit from the cellplate.
