DESIGNATION SEQUENCE

1) SD - Sigrist Design
2) 1000 or 2000 -SIGFLOW filter length in millimeters
3) 09 or 16 - number of filter elements
4) R - Rotary valve or D - Dust container
5) S - Silo unit without hopper to fit to storage container or process
machinery
6) ESF - Extended Surface Filter
7) SDF 1 to SDF 20 - size of fan (if fitted).

The new dynamic range of fans in-corporated in the Extended Surface Filter units are completely interchangeable, ensuring a precise solution to specific air flow requirements.

8) A - Acoustic Attenuator - to reduce the emitted noise level, an acoustic attenuator can be fitted to all units supplied with a SDF fan

 

APPLICATIONS

Extended surface filters are ideally suited for continuous process applications, particularly those with heavy dust load burdens where extremely high collection efficiency is required.The filter element durability offers a combination of minimum maintenance and maximum security to the user.
