JET DUST COLLECTORS - CIRCULAR TYPE
EXTENDED SURFACE FILTER SERIES
Our circular type of extended Surface Filter units are fitted
with our SIGFLOW filters and are compact and completely
contained
advanced technology dustcollectors incorporating automatic
reverse jet cleaning.
They are designed for process applications requiring air
volumes in the range of 1200 to 9000 cum/hr.The ESF series
is extremely versatile. The units can be supplied in four
basic sizes of filtration area and can be supplied with
or without fan.
Each unit can also be fitted with either a hopper to accept
a rotary valve or with an integral dust container.
Alternatively, by utilising the filter and fan sections
only, it can fit directly onto a purpose built storage container
or be integrated into the process machinery.
ESF units have been designed to offer high efficiency dust
collection in every industry that produces, handles and
processes powdered and granulated materials or uses dust
generating machinery.
Examples include pharmaceutical, chemicals, cement, flour,
foodstuff, sawdust and paint materials.
